JD Kennels is your 24/7 365 days a year full service boarding facility located in Royce City, Texas and serving all of the Dallas Area.

We are a full service pet boarding facility and dog camp situated on 10 acres with multiple varied terrains for your dogs to enjoy. We are open 365 days a year and can accommodate long-term boarding. Your pet will be safe, comfortable and occupied with fun activities during all of their stay.

Additionally, we’ve got a luxury cattery, and should your feline friend be in need of our pet shuttle services, we’ve got you covered.

We pamper your pet. Vacation is supposed to be a time to set all worries aside and enjoy yourself. With JD Kennels, you can rest assured that your babies are having the time of their lives, too! Our dog kennels are situated in a lovely rural setting with 9 acres of grassy fields, two pools, and plenty of room to run. What's more, they'll enjoy not one, but a minimum of four 1-hour play periods a day, and hands-on attention from our pet-loving staff who live on-site. Boarding

Even if you're just boarding your dog or cat for a single day, you don't want them to be uncomfortable for a single second. They won't be at JD Kennels. Whether you need us for doggy day care, our cattery or you need to board your pet for several weeks, they'll enjoy all the comforts of one of the largest and finest pet facilities in the entire area.

Mon – Fri: 7:30 am – 11:00 am | 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 11:00 am | 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • These are reception hours only. There is still all-day daycare for all pets.  
  • Pick-up for boarders is by 11:00 Monday through Friday

When the office is closed, there is always on-site, continuous care for our guests.
